A very nice manipulation. Great colour and tones.
Love the clouds and the colour of the sky. The pier adds a nice diagonal and motion to the composition. Gives also a niece old element in the photo.
I would like to see the photo a bit bigger, to see more of the details.
The photo looks a bit murky and that is part of its appeal. This works a bit less with the pier, it could stand out a bit more perhaps.
Perhaps the vignetting could have been a bit more to make it more a world on it's own.
