Mark - very striking combination of the two techniques. I particularly like the contrast in textures between the highly sharpened foliage on the tree, the intermediate slightly smoothed leaves in the background shrubs, and the motion-smoothed clouds. This is a good example of what is known as Itten contrasts. I can't remember whether I have mentioned this to you before (I push the idea whenever I can) if so I apologise, but here is a link to a short article that I wrote [link].
